Every deal I have done in 25 years has been in Peel and Halton. I know which streets, which builders and which school boundaries move the price, and I will tell you which ones do not.

I work in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi. Buying a home is stressful enough without translating the paperwork. Family members are welcome at every showing and every signing.
